Cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as a small, appointment-based business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly impact our service providers and their income.

To remain fair and consistent with all of our clients and team members, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Unfortunately, we cannot waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. While we completely understand that unexpected circumstances come up, making exceptions for some clients and not others would not be fair or sustainable.

By booking an appointment with Beauty Commons, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:

48+ Hours Before Your Appointment
Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the services booked.

Less Than 4 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the services booked.

No-Call / No-Show Appointments
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked.

Please note: Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including illness, work conflicts, travel delays, childcare issues, emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances. We know these situations can be frustrating, and the fee is never intended as a punishment—it compensates our service providers for appointment time that was reserved specifically for you and may no longer be possible to fill.

We kindly ask that you do not request that your cancellation fee be waived. We cannot make exceptions for individual circumstances while fairly enforcing the policy for everyone.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked or accepted.
