Cancellation policy.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, I ask that you cancel 48 hours prior to your service. This gives us time to fill your in-demand appointment slot with someone who can make it!
If you do cancel within the 48-hour window, the credit card you held the appointment with will automatically be charged for 50% of the total services booked. If you are cancelling within this 48 hour window prior to your appointment, you must TEXT the team member your appointment is with. This is a way to compensate our staff for our time.

If you cancel within four hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
All no-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. If your card does not go through, you will need to update it before requesting another appointment. The late cancel or no-show fee will need to be processed before we accept a future appointment.
